How does the Premium service work?

Design Created
Your designer will create your Premium design first draft and place it in your account to review.
Step 3.
Revisions
Work with your designer for a total of two rounds of revisions on your template! We want it to be perfect.
Step 4.
Use Template
Once the template is complete, you are free to use it! Just make a copy and get to work.

Am I able to use the designs outside of Constant Contact?
Yes – with our logos and social graphic services – we would provide graphics that can be used anywhere. Addtionally, to download or print any email designs as a PDF – please refer to this FAQ.
What is the typical turnaround for services?
Most of our services have a 5 – 7 business day turnaround. However, certain services such as Animated Templates are delivered within 1 – 2 business days. Please see specific offer for more details.
Do I get to work with a designer?
Yes, an initial consultation is available upon request! There are two rounds of revisions included in the service as well.
Do you offer additional services with Premium Design?

How long do I have to submit Revisions?
From the day the first draft is delivered to the account, You have 15 business days to complete both rounds of revisions.
