How does the Custom Video Project service work?
Step 1.
Initial Consultation
Talk to our Advisors to receive your initial quote and convey any needs for your videos.
Step 2.
Videos Created
A designer will create your custom videos and email you when it’s ready to review.
Step 3.
Revision Requests
Once the videos are completed, the design will complete two rounds of revisions.
Step 4.
Videos Are Provided
Once the videos are ready, you will receive a final copy in MP4 format. Upload where you need.
About Custom Video Project
A fully customized creation for your business needs. It can be anything from a 6-second bumper ad to a 5-minute informative video. It can even include custom logo animation.
This service includes an initial consultation to quote your price. Includes 2 minor rounds of revisions – completed via phone or email.

What is the typical turnaround for services?
Most of our services have a 5 – 7 business day turnaround. However certain services such as Animated Templates are delivered within 1 – 2 business days. Please see specific offer for more details.

Yes! You will have a dedicated video designer that you will work with directly.
Can I purchase more revisions on my video?
Yes, you may request additional revisions from your designer. They will discuss the cost!
