How long does it take to design a logo?
A typical logo design project takes between 5 to 7 business days from initial consultation to first draft delivery. This can vary depending on the complexity of the project and the speed of client feedback. We will provide a more precise timeline when we start.
What if I have my own logo I need recreated?
If you have an existing logo that needs a refresh or recreation – we can help with that! Please be sure to send your designer your old logo for reference.

Do I get to work directly with the designer?
Yes, with our Logo Design service, you have the option to have a two phone consultation and revisions with your dedicated designer!
How many concepts and revisions are included?
Our standard package includes 3 unique logo concepts and 2 rounds of revisions on your chosen concept. Revisions typically cover changes to color, font, and minor shape adjustments. A complete redesign after the initial concepts are presented would be considered a new project.
What if I don't like the initial concepts?
Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If the initial concepts miss the mark, we will use your feedback to schedule a follow-up call and create a new set of concepts based on our refined understanding of your vision. We build our process on clear communication to avoid this, but we are committed to getting it right.
Will I get different color variations of my logo?
Yes. Your final package will include your logo in full color, as well as all-black and all-white (knockout) versions to ensure it looks great on any background.
What file formats will I receive?
You will receive a comprehensive package with all the files you’ll ever need. This includes:
- Vector files (
.AI,.EPS,.SVG): These are the master files, infinitely scalable for everything from a business card to a billboard without losing quality. - Raster files (
.PNG,.JPG): These are pixel-based files ready for web, social media, and digital use. We provide them with colored and transparent backgrounds.
Who owns the copyright to the final logo?
Upon final payment and project completion, you, the client, own 100% of the copyright and usage rights for the final, approved logo design. We only ask to retain the right to display the logo in our portfolio for promotional purposes.
